We are a small group of professionals, with massive experience of SME
hands-on consultancy, creating an exciting new venture, an enterprise that
will go places and become a national player, taking with it the founding team,
of which you will be one.
Already operational and funded, we are providing a full range of business improvement
services to a growing client base working from unique & proven methods and tools.
Our plans include profit centres for:
- Performance improvement consultancy (existing)
- Business systems distribution and operation
- Public training programmes
- Client buying groups
- Financial services for business owners
- Franchising of all the above as a means of national expansion
To complete the team that will make all this happen, we need more partners to join us,
making up a core that is networked with over 100 Associates.
You
A complete self-starter, an entrepreneur at heart, with very strong, hands-on business knowledge and
extensive experience of earning your living from consultancy or outsource work.
Fired by this unique and interesting challenge, you will carry out your services to the Partnership as a
developing business itself, as well as to our clients' businesses in turn, to earn fee income for the Partnership and for yourself or your own business.
Hard-working and focused on tangible results, you are able to concentrate at length on detail as well as
keeping the big picture in sight and you never give up until the job is done properly and on time.
The deal
We are targeting £multimillion annual sales from the UK database of 5m SMEs during the next few years.
You will share in the income stream immediately as a Partner and participate in the equity of the business.
Alternatively, as an outsource service provider you will contract with us to replace our core
services and we will provide your business with development capital and technology.
