  • Another entrepreneur to join me, to sell Hawick Group’s business consultancy services to SMEs
  • A Sales type, you will be keen to set up your own business, capitalising on the structure and methodologies that we have already created and proven
  • A go-getter, with proven SME appointment-making skills to help us develop a national mass-market created by the demise of Business Link – there are 5m SMEs in UK
  • An early-adopter to make business owner appointments personally, then expand by recruiting and training a team to cover exclusive territory for this new market
  • A confident and able business person capable of growing and managing sales from near zero to 7 figures annually within 2 years
  • A self-starter, based anywhere, who can reach into all parts of the UK
  • A financially stable individual able to support themselves until income overtakes costs
  • A partner with whom to build a saleable model together, giving us both capital growth

YOUR ACTIVITY

I want you to:

  • Develop relevant databases of qualifying SME Owners
  • Contact them to establish Rapport and collect basic business and personal Information
  • Analyse their business & personal issues to determine and agree their Drivers for improvement
  • Establish their Interest in acting to improve performance
  • Identify their likely Sources of difficulty
  • Explain how the Hawick approach resolves these
  • Deal effectively with objections
  • Make sales appointments for our Lead Implementers to conclude contracts based on your work
  • Account manage all your Prospects
  • Follow up clients to establish satisfaction levels and obtain case studies
  • Plan and budget your business, using our joint resources

OUR ACTIVITY

I will provide you with:

  • Marketing: Scripts - letters - case studies - Internet - collateral material - networks
  • Operational: Methods and processes - project management
  • Financial: Planning - budgeting - invoicing - collection - payment - MIS - funding support

RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT

  • Wants to be in business for yourself but not by yourself

  • Based in modern (owned) offices close to Central London, in Maida Vale, W9 we are looking for other entrepreneurs throughout the UK, to work with us to reach every UK SME Owner
  • We gain new clients through outbound phoning and by direct marketing our business diagnostic service, see www.hawickgroup.com\dashboard for an example. This identifies where and to what extent a prospect can improve performance and during phone calls, you will explain him/her how we will do that
  • You will develop prospect relationships, collect information from them, analyse their situations, establish interest in improving performance, meet objections and then arrange an appointment for a Regional Director to visit
  • The unique client proposition is that implementation teams will get their hands dirty (instead of selling advice) working inside the client’s business to install professional processes and teach the Owner how to use and profit from them, for a guaranteed project ROI
  • Implementation teams are guided by more than 50 modules that deal with every type of business challenge ranging across: marketing; operational; financial; technology; and people issues
  • Typical client results that follow are: more new customers; more client retention; increased profits and cashflow; raised operating efficiency; enhanced productivity and a major rise in the sale value of the client’s business
  • This model is now operating successfully here with a developed team and a number of clients. It is ready to commence regional expansion
  • A dynamically run contact centre operation, working an exclusive territory should need only modest capital to get started and is capable of generating serious profits and cash reserves if well run
  • The real trick, is to develop your business into a self sustaining structure working a fully-farmed and growing database of contacts all at various stages of relationship development. This will provide you with a rising income stream as we can attend and convert as many qualified appointments as you can make

  • The development of database farming, exclusive territory, fee income sharing and management continuity, will provide a growing revenue stream and a capital resale value for you at exit
  • Franchising is therefore a logical and lucrative development strategy harnessing entrepreneurial energy with proven methods and central services, based on what you help me to develop
